Northland, A Church Distributed

This $28 million project focuses on meeting the needs of a growing and changing congregation. The new 3,000 seat Sanctuary is one component of a new 140,000 sf building along with a foyer the size of a football field, prayer rooms, 25 classrooms, a bookstore, a café, a children’s playground, an outdoor gathering space for events and theatrical performances and more. Additional elements of the project include enhanced communications technologies that will allow Northland to both connect to current multi-site locations at Lyman High School, Mount Dora and West Oaks as well as locations across the globe in places such as Cairo, Egypt.

Collage Receives National Safety Award

For the fourth year in a row, Collage received a National Safety Award from the Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. The 2007 ABC/Charles J. Eidel Safety Award recognizes Collage’s achievement for their 2006 safety program at the Gold level. Collage’s exceptional safety program is a key element to the continued success of construction projects throughout the State of Florida. Coupled with an impeccable safety record, recognition from the community solidifies these important efforts.

LYNX New Operations Base

This 24-acre multi-use facility located in Orlando, consists of six buildings, 14 acres of Bus Parking and is designed to facilitate all maintenance and fueling for the LYNX Fleet and also provide administrative support. The 119,4000 SF of maintenance and administrative buildings includes a workout room, shower facilities and a “quiet room” for employees to sit and relax before their shift. The facility be able to park 200-250 buses on the property and still have 227 spaces for employee cars on a separate lot. The facility includes Split Faced Masonry, Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings and Tilt-Up Construction. A complex underground infrastructure serve this, and adjacent facilities.
