As COLLAGE has evolved into a firm that not only provides full construction services but also now includes a real estate and development division, its roots remain in the design - build delivery system. Almost  half of the current work and future backlog are design - build projects. COLLAGE will continue to pursue clients in both the public and private sector with an emphasis on government, religious facilities, parks and recreational facilities, educational and hospitality markets. Most important to COLLAGE'S success, is striving to not only build buildings but to build relationships with each of their clients.
