STEPHEN J. PINYOT
VICE PRESIDENT OF PRE-CONSTRUCTION
Steve J. Pinyot is the Vice President of Pre-construction and leads the company
effort by providing program evaluation and pre-construction services to provide
clients with the information retained to bring a project to reality. Mr. Pinyot
has seasoned experience in various delivery methods of construction including:
General contracting, CM at Risk and Design Build and provides service to the
client in areas of conceptual estimation, budget analysis, best value
engineering constructability review, scheduling as well as comprehensive bid
packaging and project estimating. |

SCOTT NELSON, CPA
VICE PRESIDENT OF FINANCE
Scott is Vice President of Finance since 1999. His public accounting experience
with Ernst & Young and Senior Management experience with Greater Construction
Corporation and Florida Citrus Sports greatly enhance our internal control over
financial matters. His responsibilities include overseeing all areas of
administration and finance, (accounting, investing, governmental and regulatory
compliance, human resources, risk management, and office management functions).
Preparation of all financial statements, tax research and planning, managing
employees, retirement plan administration, cash management, and employee benefit
coordination. |
