The City of Port St. Lucie - Collage has a longstanding relationship with the City of Port St. Lucie Parks and Recreation Department. After successfully completing Jessica Clinton Community Park, McChesney Park and Elks Park. the city negotiated with Collage to complete renovations to additional parks in the city

The projects included design and construction of items such as dugout replacement, parking lot improvements, playground upgrades, re-roofing of concession stands, new sidewalks, utility improvements, basketball courts, fencing replacement and other various improvements.
