A question that I have
been asking myself since over the last few weeks is , "How can I
best encourage us as a team?" The answer that came back to me is
tell people you are proud of them. Then I said ..."I can't do
that; I am not, in this case, a parent or teacher or coach."...
But I continue to feel the need to tell you how proud I am our
team coming together as a team. So that is what I am going to
do. But first I want to be clear that when I speak I am not
speaking from a position of leadership but that of being part of
the team; our Collage Team. I am really proud to be on a
team of professionals that are really stepping up their game and
getting better and making those around them better. We had our
first "Learning Lunch" and it was great. We put on a BGW
conference and our team did a great job. I am being asked great
questions and being given great suggestions on how to improve,
get better and grow. I am sensing we are in the midst of growth
right now and that is exciting. I am proud to be on our team I
am proud of you! |
