It’s amazing that 30 days have passed since our “Vital” corporate meeting. I am very excited about the positive momentum I feel as a team as we move into 2008 and the new season of recalibrating ourselves and our efforts for the future. I think a couple of key factors to focus on from the meeting is really coming to know who we are as a company and where we are going and most importantly knowing what your vital role is to help us achieve success. Also we need to be informed which simply means having a desire to learn and having a willingness to teach. That is how we will grow together! Additionally we must remember to have fun and to enjoy the journey. Our lives and our jobs have challenges but we can make it through any challenge a lot better if we work as a team. Regarding that last part let pull together and stand with Jim O’Neill as he faces his recent health challenge. Jim’s faith has been an encouragement to me and I believe like he does that he will win this battle. Oh, the last thing to remember is you guys are GREAT!
